Notice of Public Hearing

A Public Hearing to solicit comments on a revision to the Annual Statement of the Cambridge Housing Authority’s Capital Fund Formula Grant from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 will be held on Monday, November 16, 2009 at 7:00 PM at the Pisani Center, 131 Washington Street in Cambridge.
 
This Annual Statement was approved in March 2009, and includes activities originally identified in CHA’s Moving to Work Deregulation Demonstration Annual Plan. The proposed revisions will allocate ARRA funds to allow the CHA to acquire and preserve up to 442 units of affordable housing units. Advance copies of the budget revisions are now available. Summaries  are also available in Spanish, Kreyol, and Portuguese.
