Position Description:

Reporting to the Executive Director, the incumbent will provide valuable support through the design, development and/or coordination of information, reports, qualitative and quantitative analyses, quality control protocols, and special projects for and among Agency staff, outside organizations and groups, and the Deputy Executive Director.

This is an excellent platform from which to observe and participate in Agency policymaking decisions and operations. The abilities to work independently and maintain good communication with Agency staff are crucial. Excellent data analysis and presentation skills are critical.

Position Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree is required. Masters of Public Administration, Policy or related field preferred. Two years (minimum) experience with affordable housing or related programs. Demonstrated experience in project management or supervision.
