Draft FY19 MTW Plan Available for Public Comment (Update - Budget now available)

The FY19 MTW Annual Plan is now available for public comment. 

A Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at 6:00 PM at the Cambridge Housing Authority (CHA) Central Office, 362 Green Street (3rd Floor), CHA Board Room.

CHA also is using this hearing to solicit comments on CHA’s proposal to amend the 2018 Annual Plan to provide for disposition of properties under Section 18 of the U.S. Housing Act, and PIH Notice 2018-4, if they so qualify after assessment by CHA. The list of properties is as follows:

  • Small Family – 15 Inman St, 12-18 Hingham St, 125-127 Whittemore Ave. 226 Norfolk St, and 8-10 Columbus Ave
