The Cambridge Housing Authority acting as Owner’s Project Manager for the Cambridge Affordable Housing Corp. (hereinafter, “Owner” or “Awarding Authority”) is requesting proposals for Construction Management Services for Project 1301 Redevelopment of Corcoran Park Phase 1. The Owner intends to award contract for Construction Manager Services with a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract for the above referenced project.

Proposal forms and contract documents will be available at WWW.PROCORE.COM on Monday July 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM (may be downloaded and viewed electronically). The interested offerors will need to RSVP to CorcoranParkphase1@cambridge-housing.org for access to Procore and the RFP
