INVITATION TO BID
LANDSCAPE SERVICES FOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS
The Cambridge Housing Authority, the Owner, and managing agent for the affiliate properties, invites sealed bids for Landscape Services for Maintenance and Repairs at Various Locations, in Cambridge, MA in accordance with the specifications prepared by the Cambridge Housing Authority.
The awarded contractor will be responsible for providing the CHA with a variety of landscape services on an as-needed basis. The work will include, but not be limited to, pruning trees; weed control; removal of trees, stumps and plants; provide sand/salt for snow removal; mulching, etc.
The not-to-exceed value of this contract is $100,000 and the term of this contract will be for a period of two years, or when the funds are fully expended, whichever occurs first. Bids are subject to MGL Chapter 30 §39M and to the Davis Bacon wage rates attached to the bid documents. Contractors must be in business as a corporation or company a minimum of five (5) years in order to be eligible. Bids will be subject to M.G. L. Chapter 30, Section 39M and to the Davis Bacon Wage Determination rates.

Phone: (978) 568-1167 beginning Wednesday, December 8 2021, after 10:00 AM. This project is being electronically bid, hard copies will not be accepted. Please review the instructions in the bid documents on how to register as an electronic bidder. The bids are to be prepared and submitted at www.biddocsonline.com. All bids should be submitted electronically online at www.biddocsonline.com and received no later than Thursday, December 23, 2021, by 11:00 AM and will be publicly available online. Every bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Deposit not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount and made payable to the Cambridge Housing Authority in the form of cash, a certified check, bid bond, treasurer’s or cashier’s check issued by a responsible bank or trust company.
