Request for Proposals for Development and Modernization Services

The Cambridge Housing Authority (CHA) Planning and Development
Department is seeking the services of up to three qualified consultant(s) or
consultant teams experienced in affordable housing development and
modernization in Massachusetts. Tasks may include financial and feasibility
analyses, proforma development, project management services, and due
diligence preparation.
