Revitalization of 116 Norfolk
Revitalization of 116 Norfolk – Cambridge Housing Authority (CHA)
The Cambridge Housing Authority (CHA), requests that qualified and experienced Construction Management (CM) firms submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for Construction Management at Risk Services to the CHA, emailed to Maura Barry-Garland at mgarland@cambridge-housing.org, no later than 5:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time, Friday, May 13th, 2021.
The project site consists of one building with 38 single room occupancy units of elderly/disabled housing, including a management office and community spaces. The revitalization would include renovation of the existing building, conversion of the SRO units into studio apartments, and the construction of an addition that would increase the number of units offered from 38 to approximately 55.
The Request for Qualifications may be downloaded from www.commbuys.com, www.cambridge-housing.org or copies may be obtained by contacting Maura Barry-Garland at the CHA Planning and Development Department, via email at mgarland@cambridge-housing.org or at 617-520-6394 on or after Wednesday, April 28th at 9 AM.
There will be a pre-proposal meeting on Zoom on Friday, May 7th at 11 AM.
