Woodrow Wilson Court Roof Replacement Project

Cambridge Housing Authority, in its capacity as managing member, acting on behalf of WOODROW WILSON COURT LLC, the Owner and Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for Project 24 WWC–001–02 Woodrow Wilson Roof Replacement, at 9 Woodrow Wilson Court, Cambridge, MA 02139, in accordance with the documents prepared by MMT Architects, Hingham Street Suite 201 Rockland, MA 02370.

The project consists of the complete removal of existing and replacement of the roof systems on the 3 buildings that comprise Woodrow Wilson Court.

The work is estimated to cost $465,000.

All bids are subject to Massachusetts minimum prevailing wage rates as required by the Secretary of Labor and included in the project specifications.
