The Executive Department establishes and promotes CHA’s long and short-term strategic goals.

Led by our Executive Director Michael J. Johnston, we oversee and direct the leaders of CHA’s Communications & Policy, Fiscal Affairs, Human Resources, Leased Housing, Legal, Resident Services, Planning & Development and Operations Departments. The Executive Department is responsible for the Agency’s administration of the City’s successful state and federal affordable housing programs.
