Nicholas DeSouza - Executive

The Executive Department establishes and advances CHA’s short-term and long-term strategic goals.

Led by CEO Clara Fraden, the department oversees and guides the leadership of CHA’s Communications and Policy, Fiscal Affairs, Human Resources, Leased Housing, Legal, Resident Services, Planning and Development, and Operations teams. It is also responsible for administering the City’s state and federal affordable housing programs.
