Initially occupied in June of 1949, Woodrow Wilson Court consists of sixty-eight (68) units with thirty-two (32) one-bedrooms, thirty-two (32) two-bedrooms, and four (4) three-bedroom units. The development has three (3), four (4) story walk-up masonry buildings on a 0.86 acre site, located in the Cambridgeport neighborhood.
Renovation work as part of the RAD-initiated modernization included the phased construction of a new trash room, boiler replacement, new fire protection system, masonry restoration and repair, as well as civil infrastructure (replacement of domestic water and sewer piping), and site improvements.
