Small Elderly and Scattered Sites Modernization

At the Small Elderly and Scattered Sites, the CHA is working with several Architecture & Engineering firms to conduct an analysis of each property’s “Existing Conditions.”  The Existing Conditions study is intended to inform the CHA about the condition of the buildings and sites.  This information enables the agency to be aware of and plan for capital needs at the properties now and over the next 20 years.  This information is also an important piece of the RAD Phase II subsidy conversion effort.
