The Cambridge Housing Authority (CHA) has successfully acquired formerly outsourced CASCAP service coordinators to continue serving at CHA senior development sites following a property merger between Homeowners Rehab, Inc. The Public Housing Authorities Directors Association (PHADA) has awarded rising college freshman and CHA Work Force participant, Jaymie Montout, with a $5,000 Freedom and Civil Rights Scholarship.
