CHA Work Force Student Awarded PHADA Freedom & Civil Rights Scholarship

The Public Housing Authorities Directors Association (PHADA) has awarded rising college freshman and CHA Work Force participant, Jaymie Montout, with a $5,000 Freedom and Civil Rights Scholarship.
